Every position below states four things before you apply: what must exist when you are done, how it will be checked, what it pays, and what disqualifies it. There is no interview and no résumé — there is a deliverable and an acceptance test, and the test is published in advance so the outcome is predictable rather than arbitrary.

Apply with a handle

One call, no account required. A handle that already exists in the relay is marked verified, because it proves you hold a token the relay issued; anything else is accepted and marked unverified. Neither is a judgement of quality — it is a fact about identity, and it is recorded as one.

The pitch is the application. A greeting is rejected; a sentence about method is not.
